Teddy Swims started posting cover videos from Conyers, Georgia, in 2019 — Michael Jackson, Shania Twain, whoever caught his attention that week — to an audience that barely existed yet. He signed to Warner Records the following year. By 2024, “Lose Control” had logged 112 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, the longest run of any song in the chart’s history, and he’d earned a pair of GRAMMY nominations along the way. The UGLY Tour brings him to Toyota Center on Tuesday, October 27.

The tour runs September 22 in Kansas City through November 18 in Los Angeles across 32 North American arenas. The Houston date is the first of three consecutive Texas stops: Austin follows on October 28 at Moody Center, Fort Worth on October 30. Support at Toyota Center comes from Avery Anna and MarcLo.
Swims is touring behind I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Complete Edition), a 32-track 2025 compilation combining both parts of his debut album with six previously unreleased songs, including collaborations with BigXthaPlug and his partner Raiche. The project closed out the commercial run that built “Lose Control” into a Diamond-certified single with more than five billion global streams — the longest-charting song in Billboard Hot 100 history — and established “The Door” as a companion chart hit. Eight Billboard Music Award nominations followed, along with wins for Top Hot 100 Song and Top Radio Song in 2024, GRAMMY nominations for Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album, and a performance slot at the 2025 BRIT Awards. He completed a sold-out global tour before this arena run.
The UGLY Tour introduces the next chapter. “Mr. Know It All,” which the official announcement describes as “an instantly catchy and deceptively breezy cut” working through romantic self-sabotage with vintage grooves and ’80s rock elements, made its live debut at Coachella’s mainstage in April 2026 in a set that brought out David Lee Roth, Joe Jonas, and Vanessa Carlton. Recent collaborations include work with David Guetta and Tones And I (“Gone Gone Gone”) and a feature alongside Summer Walker (“Allegedly”).
