Scene Queen at The Echo Lounge & Music Hall | September 27, 2026

Hannah Collins built Scene Queen on a thesis the metalcore world did not exactly welcome: that the genre’s aggression and a pink, hyper-feminine aesthetic aren’t opposites, just historically unwelcome in the same room. She named the combination bimbocore, wrote lyrics that go straight at industry predators and gatekeepers, signed to Hopeless Records, and took it to Download Festival. The Metalicious Tour arrives in Dallas on September 27 with a forthcoming album in tow and two supports worth catching.

About the Show

Scene Queen is headlining a 26-date fall U.S. run spanning September 15 through October 25, with Dallas serving as stop 10 and the first Texas date on the route. The lineup at The Echo Lounge includes WARGASM, the UK rock act, and Bailey Spinn. Collins announced the tour bluntly: “The United States is about to get ‘Metalicious’ with Scene Queen this fall. Get ready for the party of a lifetime with new music!”

The new music is the engine of this run. Scene Queen has an untitled follow-up to Hot Singles In Your Area in progress, with singles “Manicure” and “Tracksuit” already out. The 2024 Hopeless Records debut was a 15-track record that critics described as “37 minutes of meaty guitars and pop catchiness” — pulling from country, electronic, and metal while keeping feminist-forward lyricism at its center. Reviewers noted her ability to balance “punchy, sexually-charged lyrics with deeper, thought-provoking themes” across the spread.

The groundwork for this headline run came from two Bimbocore EPs in 2022, early traction on TikTok, and supporting tours with Pvris and Stand Atlantic, plus a Download Festival appearance before the debut dropped. The Metalicious Tour also includes a festival stop at Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 18, about 10 days before Dallas. Press descriptions of her live show consistently land on the same phrase: “chaos, charisma, and unmatched energy.” Given that the songs confront assault, industry double standards, and the condescension metalcore reserves for women who come in too loud and too pink, that energy lands differently in a room than it does on a record.
