The Banda Rave Experience has been building a national touring circuit around exactly that premise all spring and summer, and The Echo Lounge & Music Hall in Dallas gets the show on Saturday, July 25. Punchis Punchis bills itself as the Original Banda Rave Experience — and that framing holds up. This isn’t a DJ set with Regional Mexican samples dropped in for texture. It’s a touring live experience that puts brass and tuba on the same stage as electronic production, playing to an audience that already holds both traditions at once. The project’s own shorthand: “tradición meets rave, banda meets bass” — tradition meets rave, banda meets bass. That collision is the architecture of the show.
The 2026 Banda Rave Experience Tour runs 23 dates from May through August, distributed through Live Nation and Ticketmaster. The circuit includes Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Toronto, Sacramento, Charlotte, and Anaheim. This is a full national tour. Dallas is one of the anchor Texas stops.
Subgenre note, because it matters here: Regional Mexican banda fused with EDM — not Tejano, not Norteño, not cumbia. Banda: live brass, tuba, tambora, running alongside electronic production and DJs. They bill it as puro desmadre — pure, uncontained mayhem — and the room is built around delivering exactly that. The audience at these shows didn’t arrive by accident. They came for that specific combination.
The Venue
The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is in Dallas’s Design District at 1323 N. Stemmons Fwy, operated by Live Nation. The room holds 1,000 guests and includes a full music hall, outdoor patio, and VIP lounge — a layout built for the late-night format Punchis Punchis runs. The Echo is an A-list production venue and one of the primary stops for the Latin touring circuit coming through Dallas–Fort Worth.
