When Olivia Dean played Austin City Limits Music Festival in October 2025, she was, technically, still in an opening role — she had just finished Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour final leg that same season. By November she had announced her first-ever headlining North American arena tour. That is how fast it moved.
She comes to Toyota Center in Houston on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, as part of The Art of Loving Live — fourteen dates across North America, from Chase Center in San Francisco on July 10 through the Moody Center in Austin on August 28. Doors open at 7:00 PM; show begins at 8:00.
About Olivia Dean
Dean is a GRAMMY-winning, multi-BRIT Award and Mercury Prize-nominated artist out of London whose neo-soul and pop songwriting has moved through the charts faster than almost anyone anticipated when her debut album Messy arrived. Her sophomore record, The Art of Loving — produced with Zach Nahome — deepened the template: romantic love, platonic love, self-love, rendered in a soulful and unhurried voice that tends to outlast its moment.
The numbers tell part of it. The Art of Loving sits at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, has accumulated 1.2 billion global streams, and has placed four songs on the Hot 100 simultaneously — including “Man I Need,” which reached No. 5 and became the highest-charting single by a UK act on Spotify’s Global Charts. She is the first British female to achieve three UK Top 10 singles since Adele, and the first female solo artist in official UK chart history to have four songs in the Singles Chart Top 10 at the same time.
She appeared on Saturday Night Live on November 15, 2025 — the kind of booking that still marks a threshold in American pop culture, whatever else has changed about the platform. The ACL crowd the month before had already voted with their feet; she was described as “a 2025 favorite for many attendees and press.”
The Houston date is not an afterthought. Toyota Center is one of fourteen arena venues on this run, alongside Madison Square Garden, Chase Center, and the Moody Center. That Dean is headlining rooms of this scale on her first North American arena tour says something about the velocity of the last two years. She wrote on Instagram when the dates were announced: “these are venues i have only dreamt of playing.”
Dean is donating one dollar from each ticket sold to support Jamaican communities affected by Hurricane Melissa.
