Foos Gone Wild put in eleven cities before San Antonio — Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Sacramento, El Paso, Denver, Chicago, Houston, Dallas — and the group arrives at the Aztec Theatre on Thursday, October 22, for the closing night of their first-ever headlining tour. What began as a social media collective, posting barrio dispatches dubbed with X-Files music and pulling 12,000 live viewers in the first minute of an Instagram session, closes its inaugural touring chapter here.
About the Show
The FOOS GONE WILD Tour 2026 is a 12-city Live Nation run launched behind Welcome to Fooville, the group’s sophomore album released June 4. The 16-track record generated early momentum with singles “Beamed Up,” “Socks Up Lames Down,” and “Keep Ya Socks Up,” following a debut that reached Apple Music’s Top 10 charts. The San Antonio stop is the final date of the run, which opened September 6 in Santa Ana, California. No support act has been announced.
Foos Gone Wild is a Brown-owned media brand and music collective led by Lil Mr. E, also known as King Foo: a Mexican-American creator from Southern California who left a painting job in late 2018 to build the operation full-time. The collective spans members from Tijuana, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Oxnard, and built its following through the “Foo Files” format — everyday specimens from barrio life dubbed with X-Files theme music, alien sound effects, and King Foo’s high-pitched character roasting. L.A. Taco characterized the content as contemporary cholo folk art rooted in barrio nostalgia, an echo of 1990s–2000s Los Angeles street culture. Lil Mr. E went on to become the first Mexican American hip-hop artist to perform at Paris Fashion Week, appearing alongside designer Willy Chavarria, and collaborated with Cuco on his Interscope debut.
The live show draws on more than the social media format suggests. At a 2021 showcase at the Novo at L.A. Live, more than 2,000 people attended an evening that ranged from cumbia to West Coast hip-hop to a ska punk pit, closing with pioneering Chicano rapper Kid Frost. Music writer Jeff Weiss described it as “the most LA shit that I’ve seen in years.”

The Aztec Theatre, a 1,477-capacity room at 104 N St. Mary’s St in San Antonio, closes out the tour Thursday night. Show time is 8:00 p.m.
