Bosco at Aztec Theatre | July 25, 2026

Bosco has been building toward something like this for a while. The Seattle-based performer — formally trained dancer, three-time maxi challenge winner on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14, and more recently a competitor on All Stars Season 10 — arrives at San Antonio’s Aztec Theatre on Saturday, July 25, 2026, bringing her debut solo theatrical production, The Marvelous Miss Gender, to a stage that can hold the ambition. Doors open at 7:00 PM. Showtime is 8:00 PM. This is an 18+ event; bring your ID.

About The Marvelous Miss Gender

This is no modest nightclub set. The Marvelous Miss Gender is a two-act musical comedy built around Bosco’s supervillain alter ego — Miss Gender — and runs two hours with a twenty-minute intermission. Bosco directed it, co-wrote it, and co-produced it herself. The production draws its aesthetic from Batman: The Animated Series, Kill Bill, Elvira, and Pee-wee’s Playhouse: comic book noir, burlesque, dance, high fashion, satirical storytelling, lip sync, stand-up, and camp layered into a structure that is, by any honest measure, theatrical in the proper sense of the word.

Bosco has described the show as “a love letter to physical media, analog theater, and the magic of practical effects” — a deliberate choice to foreground tangible stagecraft over digital approximation. Jewel heists, chase sequences, battles with archenemies, and sociopolitical commentary: the production promises range. It is her largest solo endeavor to date and the centerpiece of a 33-city national tour running July 8 through August 16, 2026, with stops at New York’s Town Hall, the Warner Theatre in Washington D.C., Boston’s Wilbur, the Fillmore in Philadelphia, the Wiltern in Los Angeles, and the Vic Theatre in Chicago, among more than 22 U.S. dates total.

About Bosco

Blair Constantino — stage name Bosco, borrowed from a childhood dog who, as she has put it, “isn’t using it anymore — he’s dead — so now it’s mine” — was raised in Great Falls, Montana and is now based in Seattle, where she has staked her claim as the Demon Queen with the conviction of someone who earned it on the floor. She received formal dance training early and was named the Dance Educators of America Senior Boy Titlist at a national competition in Las Vegas in 2010. She entered the Seattle drag scene as a backup dancer for other queens before stepping forward herself in 2018.

The national audience found her on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14 in 2022, where she won three maxi challenges and placed third in the finale, surviving one elimination threat by way of a golden chocolate bar that kept her in the competition. She returned for All Stars Season 10 in 2025. Following those appearances, Bosco came out as a trans woman. She has been direct about what this tour means beyond entertainment: trans visibility, queer joy, and the notion that showing up fully — in body and in character — is itself a political act in 2026. San Antonio is not new territory for her; she previously performed here at the Bonham Exchange. The Marvelous Miss Gender brings her back to a larger stage and a production commensurate with where she stands now.

About the Aztec Theatre

The Aztec Theatre sits at 104 North St. Mary’s Street in downtown San Antonio — a 1,477-capacity performance space and one of the premier rooms on the San Antonio entertainment circuit. The theater’s scale and architecture are well suited to a production like The Marvelous Miss Gender. This is a show built for a proper theater, and the Aztec qualifies without caveat.
