Black Label Society at Boeing Center at Tech Port | September 4, 2026

Black Label Society haven’t toured like this in five years — and Engines of Demolition, their twelfth studio album, carries the weight of all that time in it. Released in March 2026 on Spinefarm, it’s a record shaped by grief and accumulation: the Pantera reunion, Ozzy Osbourne’s death, the riffs Zakk Wylde couldn’t put down even while his commitments were stacked three deep. The American Crusade tour brings all of that to Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio on Friday, September 4.

About Black Label Society

The band was founded in 1998 by Zakk Wylde, who first stepped on stage with Ozzy Osbourne at 20 years old and has spent the 25-plus years since building one of the more enduring franchises in heavy music. The formula hasn’t changed much: crushing riffs, blues-inflected grooves, guitar solos that don’t quit. Current lineup is Wylde on vocals and guitar, John DeServio on bass, Jeff Fabb on drums, and Dario Lorina on guitar.

Engines of Demolition is getting real attention. Kerrang! called opener “Name In Blood” “as complete a song as this line-up has ever produced.” The album was shaped by an unusually heavy stretch: the Pantera reunion, Ozzy Osbourne’s death, commitments stacked in every direction. The closing instrumental, “Ozzy’s Song,” is a tribute to Osbourne, and by most accounts a genuinely moving one.

The September 4 show has one extra layer worth knowing: every member of Black Label Society pulls double duty that night. Zakk Sabbath — Wylde’s Black Sabbath tribute project — and Dark Chapel both open the evening, with the full BLS band performing in each support set before the headline. It’s a marathon structure built for an audience that came to stay.

Note: this show was rescheduled from its original February 27, 2026 date. Original tickets remain valid for the new September date.
