Lauren Hart grew up hearing Angela Gossow scream on Wages of Sin, had to be told the voice belonged to a woman, and took that as a north star. She started on guitar, pivoted to vocals, fronted L.A. melodic death metal act Once Human through three albums, added session work with Kamelot. This fall, Hart is the Arch Enemy frontwoman â the band’s fourth vocalist, announced February 2026, debuted live in Beijing on March 27. The Wrath Across North America 2026 co-headlining tour brings the new era stateside, hitting the Aztec Theatre on Tuesday, October 13 at 6 p.m.
About the Show
The co-headlining billing isn’t a marketing stretch: 30 dates across North America from early October into November, two bands each writing a new chapter.
Arch Enemy released “To the Last Breath,” their first single with Hart, in February 2026. The band describes the current moment as “a monumental new era” following what they’ve called the Blood Dynasty cycle â framed officially as “a powerful rebirth.” Hart replaces Alissa White-Gluz, who held the vocalist role for 11 years; the core around her stays intact: Michael Amott (founder, guitar), Daniel Erlandsson (drums), Joey Concepcion (guitar), and Sharlee D’Angelo (bass). Of joining the band, Hart said: “It was a dream come true for me and the start of a new future.” This San Antonio date wraps a three-date Texas run after stops in Dallas (Oct. 11) and Houston (Oct. 12).
The Black Dahlia Murder arrives with Servitude (Metal Blade Records, 2024), their tenth studio album and first since founding vocalist Trevor Strnad’s death, coming after the longest gap between studio albums in the band’s career. Servitude also marked guitarist Ryan Knight’s return, his first album with the band since Abysmal in 2015; Brian Eschbach now handles lead vocals. Support comes from Septicflesh, Crypta, and Thrown Into Exile. Amott described the full bill as “an exceptional lineup, built for those who live and breathe pure fucking metal.”
