In contemporary R&B, where artists rarely get to complete what they start, Summer Walker has done something stubborn and worth respecting: she closed the loop. Eight years after her 2018 breakout mixtape Last Day of Summer, the full “Over It” trilogy is on record — three albums, one sustained emotional reckoning, all of it now touring at arena scale for the first time. She plays Moody Center in Austin on Thursday, June 18.
About Summer Walker
The Atlanta-based singer and songwriter first made her name on LVRN/Interscope Records with her debut album Over It, which arrived behind the multi-platinum singles “Come Thru” and “Playing Games” and established Walker as one of R&B’s most direct voices — someone who put things on record that the genre’s more polished performers tend to keep offstage. Her sophomore album Still Over It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, which is a very specific kind of confirmation that your audience showed up again and brought others with them.
Finally Over It, released November 14, 2025, completed the arc. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Its first single, “Heart of a Woman,” earned Walker two Grammy nominations. The trilogy is now whole, and the Still Finally Over It Tour is her answer to that — nineteen arena dates across North America and Europe, all three eras represented, all the feelings on the table.
Walker put it in plain terms when she announced the run: “The final chapter of the Over It trilogy. My first arena tour. All three eras. All the feelings.” That is not marketing copy. That is an artist telling you exactly what kind of night she intends this to be.
Joining Walker at the Austin date are Odeal — named Billboard’s “African Rookie of the Month” — and Monaleo, a 2025 XXL Freshman. Both are confirmed for the Moody Center show.
About Moody Center
Moody Center opened in April 2022 on the University of Texas at Austin campus at 2001 Robert Dedman Drive. Designed specifically for concerts, the 15,000-seat arena is where major touring productions make their Austin stop, and a full three-album retrospective with production at scale is precisely the kind of show the room was built to hold. A clear bag policy is in effect; single-night suite rentals and H-E-B Suite Level and Loge Box upgrades are available through the venue.
