RØZ crossed 410 million global streams and packed Coachella’s Sonora Tent to capacity both weekends before they ever sang their songs live on a headline stage. The Houston stop on the SE ESTÁ HACIENDO TARDE TOUR, Friday, November 13 at House of Blues, is where they make good on that.
About the Show
Manolo Cabrera and Hugo Lara are a Mexico City-based duo, originally from Querétaro, who built their sound during the pandemic and sharpened it through a 2022 shift to Spanish-language lyrics that became the project’s defining move. The genre blend — drum and bass, trap, reggaeton, UKG — has earned them slots at EDC Las Vegas, four Lollapalooza dates in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Chicago, Hard Summer, Suenos Fest, and Estereo Picnic, plus a spot on Rolling Stone en Español’s Future 25 list. Lara came to electronic production from classical violin training; Cabrera’s entry point was electronic festival culture, specifically the Tomorrowland film series. They’ve appeared as special guests for deadmau5 and John Summit, toured alongside Peso Pluma, and their collaborative singles span Yng Lvcas (“flashes”), Natt Calma and Mau Moctezuma (“CORA DE HIELO”), Peso Pluma (“Apaga La Luz”), and Artemas on the recent “HBU.”
The SE ESTÁ HACIENDO TARDE TOUR: NORTH AMERICA, presented by Monster Energy Outbreak Tour, is built around their debut album SE ESTÁ HACIENDO TARDE (19 tracks, released August 7, 2026), following their December 2025 debut EP mañana, temprano. Houston is the 11th of 12 dates on this run, which opened in Boston in October. This is RØZ’s first proper headline run, and they’ve been direct about what makes it different from their festival appearances: “It’s going to be a show we’ve never done before with a whole new production, and we’ll be singing our songs live for the first time.” Washington D.C. and Denver sold out; the Houston date is all-ages. No support act has been announced for this stop.
Venue & Logistics
House of Blues Houston holds 1,800 on Caroline Street. That’s scaled down from the festival stages this duo has worked all year, and probably the right call for a debut headline run where they’re building the show from scratch. Doors at 7:00 p.m.; box office opens at 6:00 p.m. The Houston date sits between San Antonio (Nov. 12) and Dallas (Nov. 14) on a short Texas leg.
