Jenny Berggren was 19 when Ace of Base’s debut album The Sign began its chart run — six consecutive weeks at number one on the Billboard charts in 1994, the same year it became what band biographies call the best-selling debut album in recording history. That’s the catalog she brings to House of Blues Houston on November 6 as the headliner of Dance Now Houston, a multi-act 1990s Eurodance package that puts five of the format’s marquee names on one stage.

The Dance Now America Tour bills itself as “The Ultimate Dance and Freestyle Experience,” and the Houston lineup earns some of that ambition: Jenny from Ace of Base headlines alongside Haddaway, Real McCoy, No Mercy, and Turbo B of SNAP!
These aren’t catalog-footnote acts. Haddaway’s “What Is Love” topped charts in 13 countries in 1993, reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100, and picked up a second audience through the Saturday Night Live sketch that became A Night at the Roxbury. Real McCoy’s “Another Night” is still the best-selling single by a German act in U.S. chart history, and the album went double-platinum in America. Per available tour listings, Jenny Berggren’s 2026 schedule runs to just three concerts total; Houston and Dallas are the only U.S. dates, on back-to-back nights.
Berggren joined Ace of Base as co-lead singer alongside siblings Jonas and Linn Berggren and Ulf Ekberg, and was central to a run that included two American Music Awards, two Billboard Awards, and a catalog that has sold more than 50 million records worldwide. She has since released a solo album, My Story, and an autobiography. The band’s documentary, The Odyssey — described on the official Ace of Base site as covering “a 30 year odyssey” — has kept the catalog in front of new listeners.
This is a legacy show and a package concept. The draw is the catalog, performed by the people who made it.

House of Blues Houston at 1204 Caroline St occupies a 1,800-capacity footprint in Houston that works well for a multi-act package show, with enough room for a proper production without the cold expanse of an arena floor.
