The last time Ariana Grande brought a full touring production to North America, it was 2019, and the Sweetener World Tour had drawn over 1.3 million fans across nearly 100 performances before the curtain came down. That was seven years and one lifetime ago — before the pandemic reshaped the concert industry, before her turn as Glinda in Wicked gave her a parallel career in plain sight, before she described live music as her “lifeline” in interviews that made the gap feel less like a choice and more like a necessity she had finally resolved. She resolves it in Austin on Saturday, June 27, at Moody Center ATX — Night 3 of three consecutive dates.

The occasion is The Eternal Sunshine Tour, which launched June 6 in Oakland and moves through ten North American cities before closing at London’s O2 Arena in late August. Austin is one of the few markets getting multiple nights — three of them, June 24, June 26, and June 27 — which says something about both the demand and the confidence Grande’s team placed in the city. When North American presales opened, 6 million users competed for a seat. That is not a number you manufacture.
The tour supports Eternal Sunshine, Grande’s seventh studio album, released March 8, 2024, on Republic Records. Rolling Stone called it “some of the most honest and inventive songs of her career so far” — a fair read of a record that found her working through very public personal circumstances with precision and emotional intelligence rather than spectacle. A deluxe edition, Eternal Sunshine: Brighter Days Ahead, followed with nine bonus tracks and six new songs, expanding the album’s emotional range further. The setlist draws from that material as well as her 2020 album Positions.
No support acts have been announced as of this writing. The tour is produced by Live Nation, with VIP packages available that include premium seating, exclusive lounge access, merchandise, and early venue entry.

Moody Center ATX sits at 2001 Robert Dedman Drive on the University of Texas campus and holds 15,000 for arena events. It is Austin’s largest indoor concert facility and has established itself quickly as the city’s primary destination for major touring productions. All shows at Moody Center are 100% cashless; the venue accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Clear bags only — maximum 12″ × 6″ × 12″, or a small clutch — and there is no re-entry once you have passed the turnstiles. No age restrictions apply to this event.
