Summer Walker at American Airlines Center | June 17, 2026

Summer Walker walked out of Atlanta in 2018 with a project called Last Day of Summer and a voice that landed somewhere between vulnerability and precision — the kind of debut that makes you wonder whether the room a singer is building toward will be a corner bar or an arena. By Wednesday, June 17, 2026, you’ll have your answer. She plays American Airlines Center in Dallas that evening, a 20,000-seat room that has anchored the DFW touring market since 2001, as part of the Still Finally Over It Tour — a nineteen-date run across North America and London, promoted by Live Nation.

About Summer Walker

The word “trilogy” gets applied loosely in popular music, but Walker earned hers. Over It (2019) went 2x Platinum and established her as a defining voice in contemporary R&B. Still Over It (2021) debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 — 166,000 album-equivalent units in its first week — featuring Drake, Bryson Tiller, and Usher among the collaborators who helped cement her as one of the genre’s central figures. The third and final installment, Finally Over It, arrived November 14, 2025, entering the charts at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, completing the arc she had been building since 2019.

Rolling Stone described the record as Walker feeling “unshackled for the first time, no longer haunted by her public break-ups.” It spans 18 tracks and 55 minutes, split into two thematic discs: For Better and For Worse. Thirteen guest appearances populate the album, including Latto, Bryson Tiller, Anderson .Paak, 21 Savage, and GloRilla. Critics singled out “Stitch Me Up” as the album’s most powerful moment — what Rolling Stone called “collective catharsis over pleading guitar and bursting cymbals.” Walker is signed to Interscope/LVRN (Universal Music Group) and has earned Soul Train Music Awards in 2019 and 2020, along with the iHeart Music Award for Best New R&B Artist.

Odeal — Billboard African Rookie of the Month — provides direct support on all dates. Monaleo, a 2025 XXL Freshman, joins the tour on select nights.

American Airlines Center

American Airlines Center has been the flagship touring arena for Dallas–Fort Worth since 2001, home of the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars, and a room that earns its place on major routing because it handles spectacle and sound at the scale the largest acts require. The June 17 date opens a three-night Texas stretch on the Still Finally Over It Tour: Dallas on the 17th, Austin’s Moody Center on the 18th, Houston’s Toyota Center on the 21st — Walker covering the state in less than a week.
