Guns N’ Roses at Globe Life Field | September 9, 2026

There was a version of Guns N’ Roses in 1987 and 1988 that felt like it might not survive the decade — not from any failure of talent, but from the sheer velocity of its own appetite. Appetite for Destruction, released that summer, remains the best-selling debut album in American recording history, and the band behind it seemed constitutionally incapable of sustaining itself long enough to cash the check. Thirty-nine years on, that same band — or the closest version of it that reality permits — brings the World Tour 2026 to Globe Life Field in Arlington on Wednesday, September 9. Showtime is 6:25 PM.

About Guns N’ Roses

The current lineup puts Axl Rose on vocals and keyboards, Slash on lead guitar, Duff McKagan on bass — the three at the core of the original records — alongside Dizzy Reed and Richard Fortus on keyboards and rhythm guitar respectively, with Isaac Carpenter on drums and Melissa Reese on keyboards. What this configuration has demonstrated, over the better part of a decade together, is an ability to fill very large rooms and keep them. The 2024 world tour sold 1.3 million tickets globally, the largest run the band has assembled to date.

The 2026 campaign spans 31 dates across two hemispheres, opening in March and running through September 19. The Arlington stop falls among the final North American dates on the schedule — one of the last opportunities this cycle to see the band in a Texas stadium. A second Texas date follows the week after: the Alamodome in San Antonio on September 16.

For this run, the band arrived with new material in hand. Nothin’ and Atlas, released December 2, 2025 via Geffen Records, represent their first new studio releases since 2023. A remastered edition of Live Era ’87–’93 — their first official live album, compiled from performances between 1987 and 1993 — also saw release in late 2025. The Grammy Hall of Fame inducted Guns N’ Roses in May 2024. Their total catalog sales stand at 100 million; Spotify registers 27 million monthly listeners. The live set runs north of three hours, as it has for most of their touring history, drawing from classic hits and deeper catalog. Pierce The Veil opens the evening.
