About This Venue

Downtown waterfront lawn opposite the Long Center where Austin throws its biggest free events. Stevie Ray Vaughan memorial statue at the lake's edge. Home of SXSW Outdoor Stage and historic site of Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic. Officially renamed Vic Mathias Shores in 2017 but locals still call it Auditorium Shores.
